I propose to take Questions Nos. 12 and 26 together. As I explained to the Deputy in my letter of 5 September, the Embassy in London is not in a position to attend the hearing. However, an officer of the Embassy has discussed the case with the individual concerned and the Embassy is prepared to give her whatever practical advice or assistance it can.
