355 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will instruct the Land Commission to finalise the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who redeemed the annuity on lands three years ago and is still awaiting title. [13037/95]
The person in question was allotted land from the Corr Estate, County Kilkenny on purchase agreement dated 20/3/84. He opted to pay for the land by future annuity, and therefore his holding could not be vested before March, 1989. As there are a number of vestings still pending, cases are processed in chronological order. Vesting of the person's holding has now been completed and the documents necessary for registration have been forwarded to the Land Registry.
