Ahern — the discrepancy between the reply to Questions Nos. 153 and 154 of 4 July and representations made to the High Court on behalf of an individual on 9 August 1995; (3) Deputy Quill — the need to clarify the commencement date for the construction of a second level school already sanctioned for the Riverstown/Glanmire area of County Cork; (4) Deputy T. Ahearn — the withdrawal of approval for a child care assistant for Scoil Aonghusa, Cashel, County Tipperary; (5) Deputy S. Kenny — the need for an immediate Garda response to drug dealing in the Kilbarrack area of Dublin; (6) Deputy O'Dea — the need to provide proper detention facilities for young offenders in view of the increase in crime attributable to such offenders; (7) Deputy Martin — the need to immediately convene talks between all partners in education to resolve the ongoing row concerning the provision of in-service courses for teachers and to agree a long term plan for their organisation; (8) Deputy Deasy — the collapse of the Celtworld project in Tramore, County Waterford, resulting in considerable losses for private investors, the EU and Tramore Fáilte.
