There is currently no vacancy on the board of Shannon Development, and the next vacancies are not expected to arise until April or May of 1996 when, in accordance with the company's articles of association, the two longest serving directors will be required to retire on the occasion of the company's annual general meeting. I have therefore made no decisions as yet regarding future appointments to the board of Shannon Development. I have, however, noted the Deputy's representations in the matter.
