Written Answers. - Land Registry Dealing.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that dealing no. 95GY01271 is an application for rectification of boundaries which was lodged in the Land Registry on 13 February 1995.
I understand that the Land Registry issued queries to the applicant's solicitors on 11 August, 1995 to which a reply is awaited. The case will be processed further when a response is received to these queries.
I am informed that it is the policy of the Land Registry to try, as far as possible, to expedite cases in which it can be established that special circumstances of urgency exist. Any such cases will be specially considered, if details of the reasons for urgency are submitted to the Registrar of Titles.
