188 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the expected date of publication of the Kearney report into disadvantaged areas and headage payments; the date on which he received the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15332/95]

The evaluation report on the compensatory allowances scheme was received on 21 July 1995. In relation to the other points raised by the Deputy, I refer him to my reply to Questions Nos. 139, 140 and 141 of 11 October 1995.
