Vol. 457 No. 7

Written Answers. - Dundalk (Louth) Wall.

Dermot Ahern

Question:

160 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment the reason his Department did not sanction an application for approval by Dundalk Urban District Council to build a wall between numbers 6 to 19 Old Marian Park, Dundalk, County Louth, and the new houses currently being built by Dundalk Urban District Council at Marian Park, Dundalk, County Louth; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16073/95]

No substantive reasons were provided by the local authority to justify the expenditure, estimated at £12,000, for the provision of a wall at the location in question.
