I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in paragraph (1) (i) of the orders of reference of the Select Committees on Legislation and Security, Finance and General Affairs, Social Affairs, and Enterprise and Economic Strategy, and the Order of the Dáil of 11th May, 1993, all Supplementary Estimates for Public Services for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1995, in respect of which leave to introduce is given by the Dáil on or after 13th December, 1995, and the Supplementary Estimate for Public Services (Vote 34, Enterprise and Employment) shall be considered by Dáil Éireann in plenary session in substitution for being considered by the above-mentioned Select Committees.
