Vol. 459 No. 8

Written Answers. - Ennis (Clare) Hospital.

Tony Killeen

Question:

78 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Health the extra permanent staff appointments that will be made at Ennis General Hospital, County Clare, in 1996. [19100/95]

, Limerick East): The issue of permanent staff appointments at Ennis General Hospital is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board in the first instance.

No decisions have been made at this stage on additional staffing arrangements for 1996 in respect of any general hospitals.

It is hoped that letters of allocation will issue shortly to all health boards setting out the financial parameters for 1996.
