I propose to take Questions Nos. 51, 229 and 247 together. I have set out in the table I am circulating, the information requested by the Deputies. Payments, which are made on foot of approved completed work, are fully up to date. The bulk of the applications were approved in the latter half of 1995. In the normal course of events work would now be in progress on these projects.
