Vol. 461 No. 4

Written Answers. - Substitute Duty Payment.

Noel Davern

Question:

137 Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Education the reason a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary, has not received payment for relief duty at Ballyclerihan national school, Clerihan, Clonmel, County Tipperary, for a period of four days, Tuesday to Friday, during the second week of September 1995. [2867/96]

An application for payment for substitute duty in respect of the person concerned has not been received in my Department. I have made arrangements for an application form to be completed by the chairperson of the board of management of the school in question. On receipt of the completed application form, payment will issue as a matter of urgency.
