121 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Justice what recommendation, if any, she has received from the Sentence Review Group regarding a person (details supplied); and whether this person has been given temporary or other release. [3336/96]
The Sentence Review Group has considered this case on three occasions since 1990. The most recent review took place in November.
It would be inappropriate to indicate the nature of the recommendations made to me by the Sentence Review Group in this or any individual case. No period of temporary or other release has been granted in his case.
