Vol. 461 No. 6

Written Answers. - Halting Site Facilities.

Chris Flood

Question:

102 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for the Environment whether he has received plans from South Dublin County Council to provide additional basic facilities at St. Aidan's Park, Brookfield, Tallaght, Dublin 24; if so, the date on which the plans were received; the decision, if any, he has made regarding approval and funding; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3499/96]

Proposals for the redevelopment of the travellers' halting site at Brookfield, Tallaght, were received in my Deparment from South Dublin County Council on 30 January 1996. Consultations have already taken place with the council on the proposals and the receipt of some further particulars is awaited.
