John O'Donoghue

Question:

251 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the reviews, studies task forces, ad hoc inquiries and consultancy reports, if any, being currently undertaken by her Department; the cost of each report; the date of publication; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3857/96]

In my answer to this question, the Deputy will appreciate that I have not included material in relation to reviews undertaken on an ongoing basis on all aspects of my Department's responsibilities which form part of the normal work of my Department's civil servants and which would not be due for publication.
