Written Answers. - Courthouse Refurbishment.
A refurbishment of Donegal town court-house was completed in early 1995. No request to upgrade the facade of the courthouse has been made to my Department by the local authority who own the building. Any such request would have to be considered in the light of the financial resources available to me.
