84 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education the standard procedures operated when her office or the office of the Minister(s) of State at her Department receives an anonymous letter; and if she has satisfied herself with the procedures that currently operate. [4104/96]

Anonymous letters received by my office or by the offices of the Ministers of State are evaluated with regard to their content and letters which relate to matters of concern to my Department are passed to the relevant section for information and action as appropriate.
