131 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment the number of prosecutions taken by each respective local authority in each of the years from 1990 to 1995 in respect of litter abuse; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4867/96]

Information on prosecutions taken in the period 1992 to 1994 is set out in the reply to Question No. 34 of 12 December 1995. Information in respect of earlier years is not available and details of prosecutions taken in 1995 are not yet compiled.
