216 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Justice if she will approve an application from the Oulart Tidy Towns Committee, County Wexford, to have very moderate improvements carried out to Oulart Garda station and grounds to enhance the committees chances of improving the village. [5688/96]

It is proposed to carry out refurbishment works to the Garda station at Oulart. It is expected that the Office of Public Works will shortly be in a position to invite tenders for the work.
