The funding for the OPARDF Programme was agreed by the previous administration who negotiated the funding for the Structural Funds.
I have already identified savings with transfers which have enabled my Department to process the 18,500 applications already received. The position of overall funding is kept under constant review and should savings become available I will examine the position again.
