Question:73 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Health the current situation regarding the funding allocated in respect of the provision of a health centre in Bray in 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8343/96]

, Limerick East): In 1994 my Department agreed to a major capital development plan for the Eastern Health Board, which included the establishment of a number of new health centres. One of the proposed health centres was in Bray.
I understand that the proposed Bray project has run into planning difficulties and is currently under consideration by An Bord Pleanála, whose decision is awaited.
