58 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20 has not received his disabled person's maintenance allowance book; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8424/96]

, Limerick East): Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Health Board with a request that he examine this query and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
