134 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the procedures in place within his Department for monitoring the use of mobile phones by unestablished staff for purposes which are personal to the authorised user; the plans, if any, he has for improvements in this respect; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Details of expenditure incurred in the use of all mobile phones by staff in my Department are recorded on a regular basis. Any irregular use of the phones would be brought to notice.
