Vol. 465 No. 2

Written Answers. - Planning Law Cases.

Gerard C. Connolly

Question:

48 Mr. Connolly asked the Minister for the Environment the plans, if any, he has to expedite and/or change the proceedings of An Bord Pleanála in cases where the only issues being appealed are the financial levies being imposed on building work. [9328/96]

Consideration will be given, in the context of the next Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill, to points that have been raised regarding the operation of planning law in cases where an appeal is made to An Bord Pleanála solely on the question of development contributions.
