Question:

196 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if the attention of the Garda has been drawn to the problem of lorries from Northern Ireland (details supplied) which are constantly parking illegally and from which produce is sold illegally; and if so, the action, if any, the Gardaí are taking in respect of this matter. [9819/96]

Tony Gregory

Question:

197 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the reason the Garda have failed to deal with complaints regarding the ongoing parking of a large trailer (details supplied) which is a serious obstruction. [9820/96]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 196 and 197 together. The matters raised by the Deputy have been brought to the attention of the Garda Síochána.
