100 Mr. McCreevy asked the Minister for Finance the legislative measures, if any, being processed at any stage within his Department. [9655/96]

The legislative measures on which work is at present being carried out in my Department or which are currently before the Oireachtas are as follows: Administrative Procedures Bill, Borrowing Powers of Certain Companies and Other Bodies Bill, Bretton Woods Agreement (Amendment) Bill, Central Bank Bill, Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Bill, Finance Bill, International Development Association Bill, Investor Compensation Bill, Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Bill, Oireachtas Allowances to Members Bill, Ombudsman (Amendment) Bill, Compellability, Privileges and Immunities of Witnesses Bill, Income, Corporation and Capital Gains Taxes Consolidation, and Valuation Bill.
