125 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for the Environment when sanction will be given to negotiate the purchase of properties at Lisnagry, County Limerick, in view of the compulsory purchase orders made by Limerick County Council in respect of the Adare to Annacotty road improvement scheme. [9555/96]

Limerick County Council have submitted a compulsory purchase order and an environmental impact statement for the Adare to Annocotty road improvement scheme. These have been the subject of a public local inquiry. I am at present considering the report made by the inspector and will give my decision as soon as possible.
