I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in paragraph (1) (i) of the orders of reference of the Select Committee on Social Affairs and the Order of the Dáil of 11th May, 1993, the Supplementary Estimate for Public Services (Vote 42 (Department of Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht)) for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1996, in respect of which leave to introduce is given by the Dáil on 15th May, 1996, shall be considered by Dáil Éireann in plenary session in substitution for being considered by the above-mentioned Select Committee.
