When I appointed the working group on a Courts Commission its terms of reference allowed for interim reports. I did not expect that its work would be completed by the publishing of one single report. I have recently received a first report from the working group. This report is currently being considered in my Department and I intend to bring it before Government very shortly.
It is not a final report and I would expect further detailed work by the working group once the Government has made any decisions required for the first report.
