Question:84 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for Justice the plans, if any, she has to change the regulations governing the pursuit by members of the Garda Síochána of stolen or suspicious vehicles. [9766/96]
Written Answers. - Garda Pursuit of Stolen Vehicles.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that a special committee examined pursuit techniques over a two-year period and, following this, a circular in the matter was issued in December 1994. The position is being kept under review on an on-going basis.
