Question:70 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to have payment of a control of farmyard pollution grant made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [9996/96]

Approval issued to the applicant on 23 October 1995 under the scheme of investment aid for the control of farm pollution, on the understanding that payment would be made in 1997, subject to the work being completed to the Department's specification. Payment will issue in 1997.
