123 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Health the amount of surplus product sold abroad by the Blood Transfusion Service Board in each of the years from 1976 to 1995; the companies and countries to which this product was sold; the financial benefit in each case; the problems, if any, that subsequently arose; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
