23 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the number of tourism-related projects promoted by local authorities that have been approved for EU funding since January 1995; and the locations of these projects. [10238/96]
To the end of 1995, the product development management boards of the Operational Programme for Tourism, 1994-99, have approved funding for 20 tourism projects which have been promoted by local authorities. These are located in the counties of Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Roscommon, Mayo, Westmeath, Tipperary, Clare, Limerick, Offaly and Kerry. Further details in relation to the individual projects are contained in the respective annual reports of the product development management boards for the SFADCo and Bord Fáilte functional areas, copies of which are placed in the Dáil Library.
