78 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Education when a decision will be made on an application for temporary recognition by a Gaelscoil (details supplied) in view of the fact that the organisers hope to commence classes in September 1996; and if she will make a statement on the matter. An application for the provisional recognition of the proposed Gaelscoil, referred to by the Deputy, was received by my Department at the end of March 1996. The application is being processed and a decision will be conveyed to the applicants as soon as possible.
