Question:

141 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Defence if his attention has been drawn to explosives that are understood to be buried in the vicinity of the Curragh Army Barracks, County Kildare; the investigations, if any, that have been carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11125/96]

With the exception of the ammunition depot which is located in the Curragh my Department is not aware of any buried ordnance in the vicinity of the Curragh Camp.
