148 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment the current position regarding an application submitted to his Department for a first time buyers grant in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [11672/96]

An inspector was unable to gain access to the house when she called on 2 April 1996. A further inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, is being arranged.
