74 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Health whether he has received an application for national lottery funding on behalf of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, County Galway; and if so, when a decision will be made in respect of this application. [12268/96]
Limerick East): I would like to inform the Deputy that my Department uses a standard application form for all requests for grants from the health allocation of national lottery funds. An application form was sent to Portiuncula Hospital on the 28 September 1995. The completed application form has not, as yet, been received in my Department.
