214 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Education the reason youth and sport grant-in-aid finance will not be allocated to the vocational education committees in 1996; and the reason special project finance has not issued. [12546/96]

My Department has advised the vocational education committees of their grant allocations under the youth and sport scheme, which includes funding towards special projects.

The method of funding vocational education committees under the scheme is the same as last year.
