64 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance when the necessary contract documentation will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork with a view to closing the sale on an Office of Public Works premises. [13877/96]

I am informed by the Chief State Solicitor's Office that the draft contracts in respect of the development of a new Garda station in Doneraile will be available within a matter of days.
