186 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the urgent health needs of a five year old child (details supplied) in Dublin 7; and the steps, if any, that can be taken to ensure that health needs of this child are speedily met in order to avoid lasting problems for the rest of his life.
