Vol. 468 No. 4

Written Answers. - Control of Farm Pollution Scheme.

James Leonard

Question:

847 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the percentage of approvals in each county under the farmyard pollution scheme for the last date for which returns are available. [15157/96]

I have set out in the following table the current position in each county as of 30 June 1996. In line with the revised procedures announced by my Department in October last year, approvals are now being issued once the detailed material requested of the applicant has been submitted and assessed.
