128 Mr. E. Ryan asked the Minister for Finance the plans, if any, the Office of Public Work has for the strip of land at the side of Beggars Bush Barracks on Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4; and the plans, if any, there are to repair and clean the wall and landscape the open space. [16304/96]

The strip of ground referred to forms part of the lands and buildings at Beggars Bush which were leased by the Minister for Finance to Dublin Corporation for a term of 99 years with effect from 27 December 1932. Their upkeep and maintenance are a matter for Dublin Corporation.
