81 Mr. Foley asked the Minister for the Environment whether he has received contract documents from Kerry County Council in respect of Stage Four of the Listowel regional scheme; if so, when they will be approved; and the finance, if any, that will be provided in 1996 to progress this scheme. Contract documents for this scheme have been submitted to my Department but, given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to advance the scheme.
