83 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment if a review of the urban renewal schemes in designated areas has been completed; if so, when he will publish the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16595/96]

A report by consultants on the urban renewal schemes as they have operated to date is nearing completion. It is my intention that the report will be published as soon as possible after it is received and examined by my Department and the Department of Finance.
