Limerick East): I am advised by the Office of the Chief State Solicitor that it is impossible at this stage to quantify the legal fees incurred to date by the State defendants in the hepatitis C compensation litigation claims as fee notes in respect of most of these fees have not yet been submitted as major litigation to date only concluded last week.
