156 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be called for a hip operation, in view of the fact that this person is in severe pain. [18297/96]

Limerick East): Inquiries were made from both the Western Health Board and Cappagh Orthopaedic Hospital regarding the person concerned but both organisations were unable to locate records for this person. If the Deputy wishes to verify that the details given are correct and if he could also supply the location, consultant and date she attended, renewed inquiries will be made into this matter.
