Question:

278 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the resources available to him and the Minister(s) of State at his Department for the running of ministerial offices and constituency offices in terms of support services, finance and personnel, established and non-established, programme managers and special advisers; if he will give a breakdown in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following is the information requested:

Minister's Office

Established Personnel: one HEO, two EOs, four COs, two CAs and two CA Typists.

Unestablished Personnel: one Programme Manager, one Special Adviser, one Personal Assistant, one Personal Secretary.

Minister of State's Office

Established Personnel: one HEO, two EOs, two COs, three CAs and one CA Typist.

Unestablished Personnel: one Special Adviser, two Civilian Drivers, one Personal Assistant, one Personal Secretary.

All divisions of the Department would, as the need arises, provide services for the ministerial offices.
