321 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Marine whether the three year Fishery Harbour Capital Development Programme, 1997 to 1999, has been developed and decided upon; if so, when details of the programme will be made available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19010/96]

A draft three year fishery harbour capital development programme to cover the period 1997 to 1999, inclusive, is being drawn up. I am not in a position to say, pending full assessment of the draft programme and clarification of financing possibilities, when it will be possible to publish details of the programme.
