184 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to issue a certified copy of deeds applied for to the Land Registry on 27 June 1996 to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny whose cheque in respect of installation aid grant is ready but will not issue by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry until such documents are submitted. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there does not appear to be any application for a copy of deeds pending on this folio. However, I am further informed that the dealing referred to by the Deputy was completed on 30 October 1996 and notice of completion was sent to the lodging solicitor on that date. The new folio opened is 15532F, County Kilkenny.
