26 Mr. Leonard asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in bringing the vacated Garda premises in Monaghan town back into use in view of the demand for accommodation by Government Departments and State agencies. [20116/96]
Planning permission for the change of use of the old Garda barracks to Government offices, together with the alterations and improvements necessitated by this has recently been received.
Tenders will be invited in December with a view to commencement of work early in the new year.
