I refer the Deputy to my reply to Questions Nos. 76, 77, 78, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 89 on 14 November 1996 and to the copy of my presentation last February to the Joint Committee on European Affairs about the hunting of migratory species of wild birds by nonresident hunters which was forwarded to him on 19 November 1996.
